Two days later, I received a call from the company and got a satisfactory resolution. I was impressed with the efficiency and responsiveness of the BBB. Thank you again BBB!

BBB is an important instrumental tool for the consumer to utilize when one has a legitimate claim among a less than proper business. The BBB has never failed me when it's a total legitimate claim. I am personally very thankful to all those at the BBB who strive everyday to help out the honest individual. If you have been wronged by a business that legitimately and clearly is in the wrong, then the BBB is there to help.

I really enjoyed working with the Persiada Team I purchased a custom Persian tray from Persiada and when I saw the finish product, I was very impressed with the quality of the work. University Electric Inc. in Buffalo, MN 612-987-0800, Tom E. Owner came to my home to repair and secure my ceiling fan light fixture. He was On Time and Prepared for the work that need to be done. I watched as he worked, he explained what he was doing and why and now I have a perfectly attached and working ceiling fan light. I recommend this company highly.

Over many years our family have contacted our Toledo/Sylvania OH BBB and have always gotten excellent help. In the past few months I have contacted them with questions/concerns and again I am so impressed with the exceptional customer service they provide. We are fortunate to have this reliable honest resource with staff who reflect that quality of commitment and do it with kindness and eagerness to assist.

I contacted the BBB for help with getting a refund I was entitled to through a terrible scam travel company. I provided them proof of my purchase and gave information on how often I had been calling the business and their responses to me. About a week later I got an email from the BBB saying they had reached out to the business. The business contacted me that day and sent a confirmation email that I would be reimbursed. I was reimbursed on my card the next day. I honestly don't think I would have ever gotten my money back had it not been for the BBB.
