Not a good experience for me. They seem to extort business and don’t help the customer if they are accredited. I’ve received little help so far.

Alicia Leeman (Sacramento BBB) summarily closed my complaint then refused to re-open it when I proved to her that it expressly complied with their written policy. Then she stopped returning my emails. Then I got a call from Niko (a worthless deranged triggered snowflake of a person if ever there was one) who accused me of yelling despite my practically whispering during the entire conversation. He wanted me to resubmit my complaint and change the word "also" to "in addition to," otherwise he wouldn't accept my complaint! There's something very wrong with these people. They don't know their own policy, and then when you educate them on it, they move the goal post, blame you for doing things you haven't done, make logical fallacies, and give you ridiculous ultimatums.

I’ve called BBB for over a year to remove my business from BBB with no reply. I don’t have the time to disputed unnecessary claims to my business so their reviews are based on bias opinions for my business. Some of wish have never even done business with us. I’d rather spend my time making progress than wasting time with reviews of people who are impatient. If I could rate this bbb less I would. MB Click It Photography

Prestige Flowers; Ordered flowers to be delivered at hospital , flowers delivered not in a safe place, patient did not get flowers, contacted them to advise, would not give me a refund as third party deals with delivery. Offered the service of another delivery free of charge (offered accepted) as had NO CHOICE. Ask them to delivery flowers 2 weeks ago still waiting. would not even accept delivery instruction. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THEM PLEASE BE AWARE

bbb is a fake gov agency. they make you think they are a gov or nonprofit by the use of their name bbb.org and logo but many people realize they are actually a for profit business only after they dealt with them. bbb takes money from companies to get A+ ratings. it is required by the bbb to be accredited. YES its paid to be accredited. looooool

The worst of the worst - suddenlink - with nothing but 1-star reviews is rated A+ by bbb. Obviously, bbb is not concerned about its credibility and/or Karma. What a scam!

BBB company is worse!! They are also fraudsters and all the businesses under them are scammers. I wrote a review about US Beauty Bazaar and how they defrauded me. Some weeks later BBB sent me a nonsense email telling me I didn't receive my order from US Beauty Bazaar because when the USPS came to deliver the order in my house they didn't find a secure place to leave the order so they returned it back to the sender. And my money has been refunded to me back. Even if I'm staying in the forest then I would understand there was no secure place for USPS to deliver my order. Meanwhile the tracking number the US beauty bazaar sent me was confirmed by USPS that it doesn't exist and it was created by the sender and I didn't even see the refund in my account till now. So why must BBB company support such a defrauding charge. Government needs to stop all those businesses from the system.

Are BBB Ratings Reliable? A 2015 investigative report from CNNMoney found more than 100 businesses that were not as credible as their BBB ratings of A- or higher made them seem. In fact, many of them were being investigated by the government for fraudulent or other illegal behavior at the time of the reporting. The report suggests accredited members of the BBB are at a significant advantage, even if their businesses aren't trusted by their customer base. Additionally, the rating system seems to be "seriously flawed." The BBB has been serving consumers since 1912, but the rating system has been called 'seriously flawed.' Fortunately, there are alternatives.
