horrible experience with the BBB. They refuse to post positive reviews I leave of businesses. It's unethical behavior. And TrustPilot I have proof of all this so stop deleting reviews

I had to deal with the BBB of Pennsylvania due to a conflict with a dishonest aftermarket car warranty company and it's just another organisation with useless people paid to actually do nothing. One thing that says it all, BBB rating of that business is A+, customer rating on the BBB website is 1 star (which is the lowest possible), it should have been my first clue they were biased...You make an honest complaint about a business, from the moment the business replies, even if you are not satisfied by the business answer they simply close your complaint and stop you from reviewing the business. They basically back-up shady businesses and not customers! They praise themselves to "be the leader in advancing marketplace trust" when really they cannot be bothered with trust and literally back-up crooks and shady businesses. You better off getting a lawyer than making a complaint with this waste of time of an organization. They should be ashamed of themselves.

How can you trust the decision of the BBB when they cannot even get the FACTS of an issue correct. Completely biased.

To sum it all up in one word: horrible. You can tell from all the other reviews. Does absolutely nothing for customers and dismisses complaints. Istead of looking at the issue at a logical perspective, they use their so called "code" to defend themselves and businesses. Honestly, this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I'm very disappointed.

When I reported fraudulent business by a used car dealership that cheated me, BBB accepted the "merchant's" offer to allow me to trade in the car they cheated me with for a "discounted offer." Obviously, I did not even want to go close to the crooks. I would have been satisfied, if BBB had published my complaint and the business could have saved its face, if it had offered a partial refund. BBB was satisfied with the fraudsters' offer and never published my complaint; still granting the dealership an A+ status.

They lowered my rating from AAA to C+ based only on one unfounded complaint from an overseas customer. I submitted my response, with documentation, which BBB totally ignored. Maybe someone should be watching THEM.

The BBB is nothing more than a soapbox for liars and crooks, who are allowed by the BBB to attempt to extort business out of free services or products. Anyone can go on the BBB website and make any wild claim about a business they want with no proof, and the business can respond with proof that the review is all lies, yet it gets posted anyway. The people at the Burnsville MN location told me they didn't care if the review was true or false, and they would just let the liars post it anyway. What a joke of an organization, I will never pay them a penny ever again. We don't need their scam accreditation anyway. No one does, it means nothing.
