Better Business BureauReviews of bbb.org

I just found out today that the bbb removes reviews after 3 years, this is disgusting, we work hard for those reviews, and the excuses the very rude fellow gave me today was insane. No other Social sites that allow reviews remove reviews after 3 years, as everyone knows the more reviews you have the better, even older ones as it shows the date the review was posted and thats a good thing to show how long you've been in business and or getting positive reviews.

Completely worthless. If the company pays BBB to be Accredited, they hide the complaint details and mark it as answered even though the company did not try to resolve the issue.

I wrote a review of GlassesUSA. They pulled my review. As a consumer, I'm livid. This is why so many people are getting scammed. They claim it's because they needed the order number. The order number was given as were copies of emails showing the order number. This company is pathetic. The number of BAD reviews speaks volumes!!! What a pathetic company. They must be employed by GlassesUSA. I want my voice heard. What a bunch of crooks.

I posted a review on a company. For the fact is a lack of common sense and they were stealing my information. And doing whatever they could, thieves they want money. The better business bureau is pathetic and needs to be taught because it's worthless. I wrote this in because the company didn't accept my review and they focused on a scammer company. Instead, of them listening to consumers. There about as weird as the company is. I do not recommend the better business bureau.

worthless as I've known my entire life, do nothing and give businesses good ratings if they pay.

BBB does not act in an ethical manner. They do not post consumers business reviews but people of my 'race'. They discriminate.

At August 2019. I had terrible experience with a contractor who took $20000 without performing any work but only demolished walls and electrical wiring unnecessarily. I contacted contractor licensing board and BBB. After weeks BBB replied that they don't handel it at all because the company is not a member if BBB. So what's the point to have " BBB" ??? And I read all 30 reviews to find that zero good reviews regards "BBB" And only good reviews is not about "BBB" at all. Read carefully....lol

Here is something I do not understand, nor will it EVER make sense to me... BBB is basically worthless if seeking to know whether a Company is honest, ethical, etc.. They do NOT care how the customer is treated, it says on their site the Reviews are NOT a factor...doesn't matter if the consumer is lied to, ripped off, goods not delivered, honored as should be... I looked up a specific company on their site.. 34 Horrendous BAD reviews -where everywhere on the net, customers are ripped off... 1 good review among them... and guess what their rating was on the BBB .... A+ . WHAT !@#$% Makes absolutely NO SENSE at all.. what is the point of ratings ?? I find nothing worth reading on their site except the customer REVIEWS... their ratings though... worthless...don't go by that , whatever you do!
