Don't waste your time with them. They are there to collect money from company in exchange of giving them good ratting. Nothing else.

This organization is a joke. If a company pays them they refuse to write the truth about them. Yelp does a better job than this organization. They are a joke. They don’t care about protecting consumers at all. Non profit? Ha. I’m so disgusted with this organization. AAA and one of their sub contractors ripped me off for thousands of dollars and I went through the complaint process shared my documentation and the BBB won’t even post that the business did nothing to help me. This company is not. Non profit. They are corrupt.

Something about this organization doesn't seem kosher. They seem to side with the businesses and give A+ when average rating is 1.5 for the business. A company can give poor customer service even if something is in the fine print.

After dealing with a company who had property of mine they wouldn't return I filed a complaint with the BBB. This is the third time in my life I had done so and should have learned my lesson (no resolution the 1st 2 times either) but 3rd times a charm I guess. They closed the complaint after the company said they return my property, what actually happened is I had to set up a sting operation to get it back and was successful. The BBB closed the case as he said they return said item to me, and there isn't even a record of a complaint against this company on the BBB site. Really? What are you good for then??!!

What happened? Didn’t the BBB accreditation used to stand for value and trust? Why bother checking to see what a companies rating is with the BBB at this point? It means nothing. When a company has 354 complaints closed in last 12 months, a rating of one star and still has an A from the BBB you know there is something wrong. This is just an example. There are many companies that fall into this category. I took a company to court and won my judgment. I researched this company and checked them out on the BBB everything looked great. It wasn’t until I had a private investigator dig a little deeper that I found out this company was not what it was representing to be. Although they had a few prior complaints with the BBB, and I immediately filed a complaint before court was even considered, the BBB took any of the information I provided in to consideration. Even when I provided them with the results of the court judgment and the private investigator’s findings, this company still has an A rating. Free to continue deceiving the public. The BBB useless and unreliable.

Among the list of top pice of junk companies to not take seriously. No wonder all the complaints, I see what everyone means. Hey EVERYBODY I completely agree with you all are right. Maybe bbb stands for Bullcarp and Bigtime Brainless? BBB is a big joke, better to go elsewhere for help. Filed a complaint with bbb because being overcharged by a company. Two seconds after submitting my complaint I get an auto email saying business response is they will call you and then they closed my complaint without my consent or permission even though I selected not happy with response. Don't worry about this come because they will get what they deserve its just a matter of time be patient it is coming any day now...

I made the mistake of trusting a 5 star BBB rating for a contractor - later after a terrible experience I realized with more info that the ratings were from his wife and employees. When I contacted BBB asking about verification of submittals I was told they do have a process. A very poor one ~~~~ the wife is same last name and address.
