Went to big o 2248 w. Bell rd. They were supposed to balance my wheels instead they rotated them not what I wanted I went back they Lied to me They said I signed off on it I did sign Off because I Trusted them And they would not make good on their work even though they're performed the wrong work Just be advised don't go there They are crooks and they lie

The old BBB is one big lie. They cannot help consumers - they do literally nothing. It's nothing more than a directory with reviews. It's a pay to play scam - they will give you a better rating IF you pay them. They are NOT a government agency - yet they try to act like one. The BBB is nothing more than franchises - privately held. Their scam is to feed on business misfortunes(bad reviews and bad ratings) to offer their "Accredited" status by paying a lot of money. The BBB preys on companies that have bad reviews - it's a scam - you want the BBB bad review removed - PAY up!!! It's a shake down and blackmail. Also a good portion of the reviews are fake by competitors - BBB refuses to remove them unless you pay. The world needs to know about this.

Unhelpful in any capacity but an email server. The business did not make it right and the BBB marked my complaint answered.

We rented a vacation house through VRBO. The house turned out to be not as advertised. Numerous safety and sanitation issues. We applied to VRBO for a refund and only received (actually still waiting) a minor portion of the rental fee. VRBO denies any responsibility and stated to the BBB that they are not involved with the rental process. Absurd. They advertise the rental. Verify available dates. Collect the rental fee. How is that not involved? The BBB's response was to post VRBO's rebuttal and consider the issue closed. What a business claims will be accepted as gospel, no matter how compelling the evidence. In this case we provided the BBB with photos showing several of the infractions, but to no avail. All a business need do is claim the customer is wrong, and that is the end of it.

bbb.org used to be legit and a way to get action from companies on real complaints. i don't think there is much going on there now. Recent complaint finally got a ridiculous CYA response from Pella Windows with no attempt at solving problem. bbb.org web site never reflected the complain or any action on the complaint (business has a A+ rating with no complaints or reviews). In fact, as soon as business replied, my login was disabled. Sorry to say bbb.org is pretty worthless now.

Submit button does not work when submitting a complaint. Getting the "Error occurred. - Try again." message. No information provided. No support contact about page functionality. Spent an hour filling in everything over and over again. This way it is useless, a total waste of time.

Tried to look up number given for Ebay in San Jose, CA on BBB site (800) 322-9266. Number listed only has a recording, and is useless and for employment verification only. Tells one to call customer service a number at eBay.com; number not listed and ebay may call you back but one can not call them. This is a company they gave a A+ rating.
