I have been trying to a get review of Overflow Cafe, Tornto, Canada posted on the BBB of Central Ontario and they have been resisting to accept my review by demanding things that are impossible for example, an invoice that shows my full name, me email, my zip code and my phone number and it can not be something I write but it has to be from the business. Obviously Overflow Cafe pays annual fee to BBB to get this A+ Accredited status. That is why BBB is protecting them by not posting any bad review. Even BBB says they issue this status regardless of reviews. I encourage anyone who wrote a bad review on this business to try to submit a review the the BBB. You will be certainly blocked. I filed a a complaint against the BBB of Central Ontario with the Government of Canada. I have the trail of email with Jen W. from that office to prove what I am saying here.

The BBB used to be a reputable seal of approval. Now the BBB seal of approval and its grade are meaningless. It means the rate receiver paid money to the BBB to get that rating and have its logo placed there. With so many sites like Trustpilot and others, the BBB's business model is useless. JD Power and Consumer Reports are still reputable.

Don't waste your time filling out a complaint with the BBB. They're a bigger waste of time than the scum bag companies that they represent. It's obvious they have no intention of actually resolving issues and will always side with the almighty dollar.

Twenty years ago this shop museum framed two signed notes from J. Edgar Hoover for me and they were excellent. I trusted this shop since then. I took a signed, dated and painted striking photograph of J. Edgar Hoover to M&M Studios several weeks ago. I planned to give this to my daughter on her 60th birthday. The picture caught the eye of the shop's owner when I was talking with an employee. I paid $500. dollars for museum quality framing. What a shock when I picked the picture up on Monday. The paint was not on the picture. It is now beige and looks just like an old photograph. Since I trusted this shop I failed to take a picture when I dropped it off. The owner lied to me several time as did all the employees. All lied that they did nothing to the picture but frame it. In my 85 years of life I never experience such dishonest people. I would recommend everyone in need of framing go elsewhere.

Home snap is totally a rip off co. REMAX has partnered with Home snap, it seems, just to spoil its own image. The co. shows big pictures for getting clients and once they have them, keep charging you even after your contract is over and you specifically tell them not to renew it. To call them to cancel the charge is a nightmare experience. I wouldn't give this co. even one star.

Dont recommend using Back to Back Auto repair shop which accepts no accountability for their work. They did a brake job, front axle Toyota 4RNR, left front had rotor wobble.normally get 40-50,000 miles out of a brake job. Got less than six, 6,000 miles and the right side started wobbling. Hardly drove the car in 2020 and 2021 now its just like the left side, did they replace right side? probably not? at very least put crummy parts in. Owner couldnt care less. said its up to me. didnt offer to even look at. Scammer

They do not contact you to close your case. They are worthless

Interesting business model, solicit blackmail from everyone about other companies, promote that content so it's the first thing anyone looking online sees about that business, and then charge the business to do damage control. Seems like they're doing all of the things that they claim to protect other people from...
