I purchased a trip to Cancun Mexico. I was unaware that I could not come a day early to stay somewhere else a day until my hotels date. After Book Vip said that someone would call me back. No one has called. I called them again on 6/11/22 they told the department is closed for the weekend. At this point I just want my full refund. I will never book through Book VIP again.

Not useful at all. I can't tell you how many times I've searched for something, found a BBB profile, clicked on it with the BBB showing an A rating but the actual reviews are starkly different. I've also found ratings that have an F from the BBB but user reviews that are stellar. Seems very inconsistent and questionable based on this type of contradictory rating vs BBB.

I filed a complaint with BBB about a company listed on their website. (A+). After the time period (and then some) expired for the company to respond to my rebuttal to them; the case was closed. BBB took away the company's accreditation and A+ rating. Several weeks later, I received an email from BBB that the company now wants to respond to the complaint (unfair). My response was how can we resolve anything now after I spent more $$$ to fix company's screw ups. This after waiting the time limit on Georgia's, "Right to Repair Act", to pass by also. I also, responded to BBB to get the company to produce a legitimate address so we can settle this in court; so that I can recoup some of my $$$. After several days to about a week, BBB closed the case again (in favor) and gave the company an "A" rating with no accreditation. During all the back and forth and research conducted, I find out more that BBB is for the businesses on their website cause of monetary reasons.

BBB is absolutely SCAM. BBB deleted all negative reviews of all customers for the SCAM company gooddog.com and I believe that not for free. Now this gooddog.com that violated all California Privacy Policies and continues to violate our rights, doing false advertising, collecting private information - this gooddog.com has only positive reviews. This is not right and violates certain laws and regulations. I believe that one scam and corrupted company like BBB covers another scam company gooddog.com. complain go to the government for investigation BBB AND gooddog.com

Avoid the BBB, it's a completely useless entity in 2022 that protects businesses over customers.

The Estate Marketplace of Taunton did an estate sale at my house because I downsized and couldn't take a lot of my belongings. They stole more than they sold. Many valuable things. I am heart broken over this. Items worth hundreds disappeared and were unaccounted for. Stay away from these people.

I had a problem with Falcon Insurance that was given an A+ rating. Falcon insurance is a scam insurance company that offered $1200 for a settlement for damages near $8000. Eleven months later $10000 because of Falcon playing games. I am having to take the driver to court. The BBB did not even acknowledge the fact that this scam company received a demand for payment from my attorney and ignored it. Driver was 100% at fault, slams into my truck, and they lied despite proof on my end that they were. Falcon does not and has never acted in good faith. That they receive complaints and never post the real story indicates where their priorities lie. Not with the person complaining. The BBB is as much a scam as Falcon Insurance.
