I was very pleased with the service I received from BBB. They were efficient and helpful. They communicated with me promptly and answered any questions without delay. My complaint has been resolved, which is a satisfying outcome.

Recently had an issue with being charged for Shudder after cancelling a subscription. After trying customer service and tweeting them about 20 times, I decided why not try Better Business bureau. I actually got all my money back, which I had almost just accepted as lost. It was quite a simple process, though Shudder dragged it out. Overall I am really pleased and grateful to BBB

Had the pleasure of being connected with a great customer service representative by a name of Valerie and she was extremely courteous and helpful in solving my dilemma. It would be great if all representatives were as good and insightful as she is.

I first wrote to the Attorney General's Office with no satisfaction. I decided to go to the BBB and file my complaint. I was completely taken by surprise how helpful the BBB was. I filed my complaint with the BBB and within three days I heard back from the company I had issues with. I am pleased to say that I received my refund in full. With out the assistance of the BBB I would be out my $792. Thank you BBB for your honesty and faithfulness to the people and communities you serve.
