Total scam! Never received my item, won't return my emails

Network communication is awful. My condo association got stuck in a 7YEAR!!! contract and their service is awful! I get constant complaints from my renters because the service is down or freezes up! Totally unprofessional and when you are able to get in touch with anyone ( which is seldom) slow to respond. How this company is legally getting away with this kind of service is beyond comprehension.

Total waste of time..BBB is business friendly due to membership fees from companies,and has no concern for resolving consumer complaints. Simply another so called consumer advocate with only self-serving BS…

Lisales Enterprises is a joke Lisa Dooley Peeples is the so called owner who lures men and them drink with her daughter. She get loans and never pays them back. her business is a fraud. She makes it a front to defraud people. She has racked up 200,000 dollars in debt from the government and has not paid it back her insurance business is a sham. Please be advised she had a restraining order put on her earlier this from scamming a man out of his money.

We used the BBB to find a reputable (we thought) company to replace our fence. We had all kinds of issues during the instilation but thought we had soldiered through them, until the fence failed the inspection. Contacted the BBB. They facilitated mediation, which took 5 hour, but ended in a signed agreement. The installer did NOTHING on the signed mediated agreement. We contacted the BBB. They said there was nothing more they could do, AND they marked our online review as "Resolved," though obviously for us, it was not. We told the BBB it wasn't resolved at all and we objected to them noting it as resolved, but were told it was resolved by their standards. Took the installer to court, won, and spent 3 years filing contempt of court filings as he also did not adhere to the court ordered payment plan. We now have our money, and he still has his A+ BBB rating....as well has MANY horrible reviews about work that has taken place since our experience with the contractor and with the BBB. I hate that prospective customers thought that company resolved our complaint while we were still going to court every few months to collect our judgement that we were never sure we were going to get.

The better business bureau is not any help with business complaints the business has no obligation to even respond to a complaint from the better business bureau and if they do respond and give a b s reply the better business bureau accepts their reply and closes the complaint the better business bureau needs to stop misleading people that they can help with complaints against a business in reality they have no power to resolve issues and don't try to the better business bureau ceo makes $700,000.00 per year what does he do for that much money NOTHING! the better business bureau needs to be put out of business are you listening president Biden?

Not only did American home shield NOT resolve my issue, they found excuses NOT to fix my issue. They are quick to take your money and slow to fix your problem. The BBB also did NOT help. They are slow to respond to your issue and probably receive kickbacks from home warranty companies. Somebody please investigate these corrupt companies. I can sense a Kenneth lay environment here. You’re better off NOT buying any home warranty and saving the money in your accounts and using it when an issue comes abroad. The only thing these home warranty companies are good for are taking your money and fixing a microwave, which by the way best buy can also do. Hey BBB, enjoy that kickback money from the home warranty companies.

The BBB gives higher ratings to companies that pay them and lower ratings to businesses that don't pay them. They can be bought and your legitimate complaint, like many others, is slipped under the rug. The BBB is the 737 Max of trust. Just do a BBB is a scam google search and wow yourself.
