BBB, the one in San Jose, Ca, in particular, is a joke. So, new policy for the "consumer protection" bureau says that an individual can only file one complaint online for a business. If the business doesnt respond, the consumer must submit future complaints in writing, and communication is done through usps. Who does that rigged system serve? BBB, especially the San Jose location, should be ashamed for even making consumers think they can help in any way. From speaking with numerous folks on the phone at the San Jose location, I can promise those folks dont help anyone, except the businesses they shill for. I sure wish those folks in San Jose better help than they gave me...I was lied to, made to hold on for long periods of time...a supervisor, who was either too ignorant of the rules of BBB or was...confused, i suppose, attempted to goad me into getting angry so she could hand up with out helping me...then she talked over me and claimed it was my fault...sad... However, that supervisors attitude perfectly explains the many issues at San Jose BBB...I feel sad for myself and for consumers everywhere if the terrible caustic attitude on full display at the San Jose BBB is the case at all the organizations

BBB is nothing but a for-profit scam. They deny reviews without asking for proof of being customer of the business you are reviewing, offer better handling of reviews for business that pay them, and often even try to sweep bad reviews under the rug for business that pay them. Absolute fraudulent website. Do not take BBB seriously.

I expected the BBB to provide meaningful support, clear communication, and proper follow-up when a consumer raises a serious concern. Instead, I found the process frustrating and ineffective. Communication was limited, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the level of attention or accountability I expected. For an organization that promotes trust and business accountability, I expected a much better consumer experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the BBB and believe significant improvements are needed in communication, transparency, and how consumer complaints are handled.

I submitted a complaint about uniuni which dumped my package along with 3 other people's packages. I found my package and delivered the others myself. The BBB decided my complaint wasn't valid and closed it. Useless. 1/2 star

this company fraudulently asked for fees and for activation of the card however, they told me I had 30 days waiting. I’ve waited for 30 days and still not have received my refund the phone numbers that they have or invalid numbers you cannot reach anyone upon calling how do I go about getting my refund or possibly shutting this company down?

Deceptive Insurance Billing & Manipulated Mediation Channels — DISH / Boost Mobile This review to warn consumers about deceptive protection plan practices and bad-faith dispute handling by Boost Mobile (DISH Wireless L.L.C.) and its third-party administrator, Likewize Device Protection, LLC. Over a 29-month period, I paid $3,071.00 ($63/month) for a "Boost Protect with AppleCare Services" under the explicit promise of Apple-certified OEM replacement hardware and active AppleCare coverage. When I needed replacement equipment, Boost Mobile Mar 18 2024, supplied hardware containing non-genuine "Unknown Parts" that failed official Apple system diagnostics (#20000113277205), making the phone completely ineligible for official AppleCare service. Corporate Escalation & Ledger Manipulation: Administrator Likewize subsequently admitted in writing on the dispute record that the hardware failed Apple eligibility requirements through no fault of mine and agreed to a zero-cost replacement. However, Boost Mobile refuses to issue financial restitution for the $3,071.00 in insurance premiums collected under deceptive pretenses. When I filed informal complaints, Boost Corporate Escalation Managers applied unauthorized, pre-dated billing credits to my cellular line without my consent. Boost Corporate then submitted these retroactive credits to external mediation channels—specifically BBB Great West + Pacific—to misrepresent that my hardware fraud claim was "Resolved." Breakdown of Mediation Assistance: The assigned handler at BBB Great West + Pacific closed my file without verifying the primary technical evidence or accounting for Likewize’s written admission. Instead, they permitted Boost Mobile to use backend account edits to force an non consented case closure, despite my explicit written rejections and despite a parallel office (BBB Serving Central Texas) recognizing the validity of the corporate claim under DISH Wireless jurisdiction. Summary: Likewize confirmed the device failed Apple standards and agreed to a zero-cost hardware replacement. Boost Mobile continues to withhold $3,071.00 in deceptively collected premiums. My order was horrible and broken. Nothing is explained on how to use this product and I'm sure it is a scam. No where does it give me an option for a return label. Extremely disappointed and I want a refund. The ad is a joke!

Useless! When I went on line to file a complaint they would not take it and said I had already filed a complaint but I had not! Their website is hacked, Horrible organization.
