Case broke after 2 months. Haven't heard back from customer service
LED case stopped working after 2 months. Took a long time to arrive.
Edit: They are ignoring my emails. Nothing is being done to resolve this.

The most over hyped phone case
First of all shipping took 27 days and I didn't receive proper tracking for 2 whole weeks. When I finally did it wasn't even the right one and my package went through multiple distributors so finding it was hard. Last but not least I have had the case for a couple of weeks and can tell you the quality of the case is terrible. It's a case ment for show and not protection the only surface you can put your phone on is one with fabrics ie the bed couch anything else like a table your own pocket and boom nothing but scratches on the back due to the back being glass. The quilty of the led is bad the light doesn't even cover the full background its just a huge square so on the back of my phone the top row of tvs and the bottom of dekus legs are not light its ugly esthetically. Overall for 50 bucks its a huge waste of money and I do not recommend buying from them at all.

Do not purchase from this website, their items are garbage and they are a bunch of scammers. I purchased the Calm Down LED case for iPhone 11, and a lightning charging cord. The cord is a fuckton shorter than what the site’s video portrayed, and the case arrived damaged. It has hardly any protection for your phone and the LED display is cheap at best. Save your money, and look elsewhere i beg of you.

Bought a total of 20 cases from them, very good quality but some big flaws
I ordered a total of 20 cases from them. 5 for the iPhone 11 Pro Max and since I switched now 15 for the 12 pro max. Shipping is slow but that’s understandable due to covid but the only disappointing part of the led cases is the fact that the connector are very fragile and weak and prone to breaking if you unplug and replug them often for charging. For my new case the connector snapped after about 2 weeks of use. Good thing I bought many but consider this before buying.

Very nice and effective Customer Service and amazing products
Was going for a refund and at first was a little rough, I misunderstood a few things but we figured it out very quickly and my refund was approved almost a day after I first contacted them. Would heavily reccomend this site and its products just based off the CS alone.

I don’t recommend purchasing from this company unless you’re willing to wait one / two months for your package.
I placed an order last Monday and was never told when to expect it to be shipped. It has been a week since I got a confirmation email in regards to my order, but I still have not received any update about potential shipping.
I reached out to their company to ask when my order may be shipped, and the only response that I have received so far was “someone will get back to you”. ( Which still has not happened, unfortunately. ) They took money for my purchase out of my bank account, but will not communicate with me about receiving it.
Update : I asked for my order to be canceled and wrote this review; eight minutes later I received an email saying that my order has been shipped. The website that is used for tracking is in French, which I do not read or speak; but fortunately can have translated through my phone. When I input my tracking number, there is no package that is registered with the website under the information that I was given.
Update II : A customer service representative reached out to me two days after I wrote this review, after someone with their company responded to it on Trust Pilot. From my understanding, my package should arrive by the end of February at the latest; roughly fifty-five days after I placed my order. The website used to track the package will usually update the package’s tracking information three to five days after an order has been shipped, but it has been a little over a week with no update for me.
I understand that due to an epidemic, high demand, and worldwide shipping - there may often be delays with customer service responses and shipping. I would recommend that BazaarDoDo be more transparent with their customers, upfront, regarding the fact that it could take one / two months for their package to arrive. With that being said - as long as my items arrive as I ordered and in reasonable condition, I would purchase from this company again if I decide that I’m willing to buy ahead and wait it out for my package to arrive.
