I ordered a phone case that is pretty good quality. The only reason I put it as a 4 star is because the case took a month to get delivered to me. Other than that the LED case works like it says and the product is good quality. The customer service is also good. They responded within the hour and were very helpful.

I ordered from their website 2 months ago and now the order is marked as delivered on a dodgy delivering website and I never received any package whatsoever. I wasn't even notified by the post office. I wrote them an email 5 days ago and another one yesterday and haven't had any reply from them. I would not recommend ordering from them. No received products, no service and lost money. Edit: the order was delivered at the wrong address. The customer service have made the necessary to resend a new package at the right address. I usually get answers after 2-3 days by email which can take time to sort issues. Will update the comment once I receive the products. Update: I finally got the products that are good. It took a very long time though, and got a small gift in compensation for the trouble.

Would be 5* but it took 45 days for case to come (switzerland). Design and quality is top and will definitely order again (if they fix their delivery).

I received the case yesterday. Beautiful case. I popped it on my phone and the case cracked. Order number 130520 Bazaardodo insured me this is usually not the result. And the replacement should not be defective. Other than receiving a defective product it is a beautiful case, just wish I could have used it. Awesome service though, they are sending me a replacement. Took about 1 day to get a response.

I have my cases, the support team was fantastic and helped me with everything I needed! However, while the cases look pretty, I tried to test the glow in the dark, and while it does kind of work, it isn't as bright as advertised and the glow doesn't even last an hour, while the site says "put in sunlight for 10 seconds, and glow in dark effect can possibly last 10 hours" It isn't as bright as it should and is incredibly inconvenient, as I put it in sunlight, and when I need to see it at night, the effect has already worn off! If you want one of these cases, I would suggest laying off and getting an led one, it might work better.

It took a while to get the items, but that's understandable with all that's going on. I got two cases one glow case and one LED case. The glow case is still in good condition, and ill probably put a cover on it to prevent scratches on the glass. However, the LED case has started to be slow at responding to touch, and its only been a few hours of use. Also, the plugin on the case feels cheap and doesn't fit easily in the port of the phone, so be very careful with it.

Just got my Hinata glow phone case for my Note 10. The case itself isn't as bright or vibrant as it is in the picture on the website, but it still looks really good. (Though I would of preferred it to be more vibrant). The glow in the dark part is really cool if you allow it to get enough light. Its a very thin case, I don't think it'll be very protective again a big fall, but something like slipping off the couch, or out of your pocket if you crouch, it'll be fine. But if you drop it on like concrete while walking, I doubt it'll protect your phone much. I bought this pretty much as a back up case in case anything happens to my Tech 21 case, which I highly doubt it, or if I just feel like switching it up at home or hanging with friends. I wish I could post a photo of the case to show everyone.
