Hey, Simran！I just checked the trust pilot and found your review，actully we are also the victim of this kind of issue. Our supplier in China told us they already send the case, on the website we can also track the status of your package which is delivered. But unfortunately, you did not receive. We do really care about our consumer service and also our reputation. Please contact us by messenger, we are going to warm up the best resolution for you. And if it is possible, please remove the comment on trust pilot. We are just a small startup and trying everything to improve our service. Please keeping the focus on us, let us know all you need. Thanks in advance for your comprehension and hope to see you soon! All the best!
