Not a bad experience
Product received as described, shipping was okay, but that's already expected. Product comes in a black packaging with a nice soft envelope to protect the items during the harsh shipping. I am using it as a extra phone case. The item receive works fine and isn't something to use everyday, only on special occasions. The 2nd item which is the tempered glass protector came defective. I emailed them the same day and you gotta understand, the logistics is a nightmare but after a few days, they emailed me this morning and they are replacing it. Great company. This is my first time ordering from them. So far so good. Don't let the other reviews fool you. Just be nice when sending a request and you shall receive.

Wrong Product (follow up)
So I got the wrong product shipped to me back and April and I haven’t heard from these people since then. I just seen there refund policy and it looks like I just wasted about 70 dollars. Please DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Amazing service!!!
My case is wonderful, but even better, when there was an issue with my package (the case was cracked), not only was the problem fixed, but it was fixed within 4 hours of my emailing to say what had happened. I had been sent new shipping details for the replacement and everything. Special shout out to Batty for being so helpful and prompt for organising a replacement. Definitely recommend if you want a cool led case (as I bought for myself)- you can rest assured their service is fantastic.

I ordered a phone case that is pretty…
I ordered a phone case that is pretty good quality. The only reason I put it as a 4 star is because the case took a month to get delivered to me. Other than that the LED case works like it says and the product is good quality. The customer service is also good. They responded within the hour and were very helpful.

Amazing support!
I made a purchase and there was a small issue. Instead of argue Bazaardodo support immediately replaced the item, no questions asked! I can't overstate how much I enjoy this company and it's service and products!
