Top 1/4 of the case doesn't illuminate…
Top 1/4 of the case doesn't illuminate as it does in images and the case is very fiddly, not easy to get the USB out for charging etc.and no protective lip to keep your screen off any surface. Really disappointing as I was looking forward to this case.

Amazing customer service
I had ordered the wrong case at the time and upon arrival I was disheartened to receive the wrong case at the time, but upon inspecting the quality of the case I knew I had to reorder. After contacting the support team at Bazaardodo, I was greeted with a very helpful support member, Mia, who had helped me greatly with the ordering of the new case and assisted me. Their supportive team has been amazing!

Honestly was skeptical at first
Honestly was skeptical at first for ordering because I couldn't spot many reviews on their cases and other products. After taking the the plunge, and receiving the case I immediately fell in love with it and made my gf jealous of how cool it looked. Good job on the company and great customer service cause I made the same mistake ordering the wrong size for my phone, and customer service changed it on the same day.

Great Service
I made a mistake ordering the wrong phonecase. After i contacted the support Mia was eager to help me asap :) The service is very nice and the products are good quality. So if you think about getting something from their website go for it

2 months no case
It's been 2 months and I have not received my case. Emailed customer service numerous times and all they do is say they will get on it. Worst service in the history of online ordering.
