This website is a complete scam!!! They advertise nice looking photos and videos of the product, but the product itself looks completely different than on their site. Not to mention the fact that I contacted customer service, who took an entire WEEK to respond. Once they did, they offered me a refund if I paid for return shipping back to China. Fine. But after I took an extra day to inquire about the quality of the case, giving them the benefit of the doubt and asking if the case they sent me was perhaps an accident (trust me, it looked really bad) - their customer service agent told me they can no longer give me a refund because the case was shipped too long ago. Let me repeat, they took a WEEK to respond! Do not order from this website.

Ich muss sagen, die Hülle sind wirklich schön, der Preis ist akzeptabel, aber manche Hüllen waren schneller kaputt, als sie da waren, die Glas Seite fühlt sich gut an, sieht gut aus, geht aber sehr schnell schnell kaputt und zerkratzt sehr schnell, und wirklich viel Schutz geben die hüllen auch nicht. Ich hatte den support angeschrieben, nach 3 Monaten eine Antwort bekommen, aber nur einen Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung erhalten.

Boyfriend bought me the ponyo glow case for my iPhone XS. The front of the case does not fully cover the sides of the phone. I accidentally dropped my phone, and the back of the case is now cracked. I checked if my actual phone was okay, and noticed a large crack.

The shopping experience and order checkout process were standard and painless. Shipping and delivery took two and a half weeks to the continental US. Once the case arrived, it was packaged in a soft felt case surrounded by a sturdy cardboard box which was placed inside of a bubble mailer. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. First, the website does not depict the fact that these cases have no form of bezel on the front to protect the face of the phone. The case barely reaches the edge on the sides, leaving the corners and face of the phone at risk for serious damage if dropped. Second, the case functions by tapping into the phone's battery through a permanently attached cable. There is no battery in the case, so it is a constant parasitic draw on the phone and it occupies the charging port. If you're the type of person who uses a charging cradle to charge your phone, you're going to quickly ruin the case's attached ribbon cable. Thirdly, the LED functions are strictly sound activated and have no other function. You can't set a solid color. You can't turn the LEDs off unless you unplug the USB-C connector and leave it dangling. You can't have the LEDs cycle through a range of colors without audio. Fourth, the cases are insanely overpriced given the three criticisms above. Many individual cases are $45 and they don't even provide the protection or functionality of cases that cost $5 on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and just don't bother. The cases are junk, and apparently they aren't even sturdy because there are many claims of the case backs cracking after a single drop onto carpeted floor.

Case looks Just as it did online, and considering how far it's coming from, to get here in only 12 days is remarkable. The bundles are dope too.

I ordered the Demon Girl LED case for an iPhone 12 pro and they keep sending the pro max I have been through this and I’ve had to pay extra for something they messed up on. I’m upset of not getting the correct product.

Had an issue with my original case, and they responded and sent a replacement quickly.
