I called to complain on how I was being charged for something I didn't think I should be. The person I chatted with took care of the complaint right away.

It took me four attempts to reach the correct department as there is no direct phone number. The representative rescued the experience by being well informed, polite, and professional.

The gentleman who took the order was easy to understand, and a pleasure to work with. However, it took a few agents to end up with him, the prior agents were difficult to understand.
