Angie was very helpful. She listened to my request and helped me resolve my issue.

The customer service rep was extremely helpful, patient and kind.

The customer service I received was exceptional. The agent was knowledgeable, very helpful and polite. I was very pleased with the experience. Thank you.

They are always prompt and courteous. We are very pleased.

Never had to use your service. I thought you would get me one more charger but did see why i would pay for. If it were me I would rather furnish another charger and you would STILL get 40.00 a month and i would get a $24.00 with no charge. Now you will get nothing each month since i cancelled my account.

I got a prompt response upon calling on. The rep was very informative.

Support Person Gean was friendly and helped me with what I needed.

They caught the power outage immediately and contacted me, Sherry, her daughter. Also, my credit card was hacked for the fourth time in 6 months and they contacted me to replace the new card information. I called today to make sure we were square and the gentleman I spoke was very helpful and kind.
