I lost my button watch outside but base unit sudenly responded as if I had pressed a button which I had not. I called to report this and order a new watch. Customer service representative Vivian suggested that someone had found watch outside my house and pressed the button. She led me through process of disabling the button and ordering new watch. She was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I don't live in the same city as my mother who uses the device, so I was grateful to have helpful service for her while she is unable to perform her monthly tests.
