This company has been excellent for my grandmother and given us such peace of mind. Setting up the watch was easy. The instructions encourage you to actually press the alarm button to test that it works regularly (and so your loved one won’t forget how to use it). The dispatchers are kind, thoughtful, and always speak slowly and clearly. We’ve had the same experience with tech support and customer service. They even reached out to us directly when they noticed they were not correctly receiving a signal from the watch. We had it fixed within five minutes. It’s a relief to know that this company is so considerate and attentive; they’ve also come in quite handy a couple of times in the last few years. The last time we needed them, they called three different family members and had EMS to my grandmother’s house before we even picked up the phone. My grandma much prefers the Bay Alarm watch to the old necklace button she used to have. She finds the watch more comfortable and discreet, and easy to use. I highly recommend them for peace of mind to help keep your loved ones safe!

Mary helped me deactivate my old alarm devices and set up the new equipment. I am 82 and she has amazing patience and walked me thru every step. Im so glad she answered my phone call. She is excellent at her job.
