Bought this system for my Mom. Talked to Troy before the purchase and he was fantastic in helping me pick out the right unit and equipment. After purchasing I spoke with Vivian in customer service, she was very helpful by explaining all the equipment to me, reviewing the account to be sure I set everything up correctly, and stayed on the phone with me while I tested the unit for the first time. So far I’m very impressed with the customer service I’ve received!

The customer service agent, Kieran, understood my concerns about the sequence of calls from the dispatch service and addressed them by correcting the phone numbers in the files and by emailing me the corrections that were made. He was friendly, compassionate, and considerate.

Derek was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure that I understood what he was doing.
