Very helpful in resolving since my device report an error that cell connection failed multiple times this morning

Had to make some changes when my mom moved out of state. Nick at Bay Alarm made it super easy, super fast and helped to make sure the transition was smooth.

I switched to a wireless phone system. Anna explained that my box and monitoring did not work with wireless. She was the nicest, most polite and professional person I've delt with in years. She is truly an asset to your company. She double checked things and made sure all was correct. Explained in detail what was going to happen and when. A truly special technician.

Jason was so polite, kind, patient, easy to understand, and accommodating, so much so, that I remembered it was him who my mom and I spoke with a couple of months ago when her device stopped working. He is very good at his job.

The rep was great and very helpful

Chris was very helpful. The All-In-One 2 product did not work at my grandfather's house because we couldn't get adequate Verizon signal there. (He lives way out in the country and has a metal roof.) Chris helped me with the return and refund process and ordering a replacement landline system, which also costs less overall. He was straightforward and easy to work with.

Emloyee was helpful and kind.
