Bay Alarm has always been top notch. They called to check if my system was working properly, as I had not tested it in quite awhile. Also, my lanyard button is nearing its normal end of life, so I appreciated that they let me know so I can order a new one before the old button stops working. Person that helped me was very nice...I would rate him a 5. However, the new lanyard button costs $35 (and with $15 std. shipping and tax was $53!!). I remember when we were provided replacement buttons for my disabled brother for free. I understand Bay Alarm needs to cover their costs, but the total just seems excessive. But I did appreciate their call and efforts to keep me safe.

I experienced the beeping problem after business hours and did not get a call back until the next day. When I was able to speak with someone the agent was very professional and responsive to my needs. She satisfactorily resolved my issues.

On one test of indoor device, had to punch button twice before reaching live agent. This was back in August. On multiple tests of GPS device, lack of cell coverage here delayed contact until a land line of 3rd or 4th level emergency contact was contacted via land line. Perhaps protocol should specify that if first line contacts can't be reached, try landline (not sure if type of carrier is specified on list of contacts given to Bay Alarm).
