Chris made this whole thing happen. He was knowledgeable, patient, and didn’t rush me. This was a tricky subject to approach, but Chris gave me some suggestions and was available for all and any questions. I’m very happy to have Bay Alarm on our side.

So helpful. We just got Mom’s medic alert necklace and I was having trouble getting logged in and getting on the app. They helped and even let us test the system to be sure we were ready to go before we hung up. Very nice, very thorough.

The call was in reference to an email about the device showing low battery. The tech understood the issue and clearly explained what he needed me to do and when he had to do work with me on hold that was also clearly explained. After the technical fix the tech explained clearly what my next step to complete was. When testing the alarm it worked appropriately and as always the operator was very clearly assuring that this was only a test and before the test call was complete the operator wanted my mother to know if it was an actual emergency they were always there to help. The tech then clearly explained what he wanted me to do next and what I could then expect. Everything was corrected and now works as intended. The process was simple and easy to understand and perform and the tech and operator were professional, easy to understand and caring. This experience reinforced that I chose the right provider in Bay Medical Alarm.
