Everyone I talk to was so accommodating I referred my neighbor who I had sitting next to me who was in her 80s because I have the unit for my mom and I suggested she get one for her sister who has MS. They were very pleasant and they really helped us out a lot. I highly recommend the alarm system and the people that work there should get a raise.
