I'm new in using my Bay Alarm pendant. While sitting on the bed getting dressed this morning I tossed it on the bed right next to me. The alarm went off and I immediately received a call asking if I was O.K. I appreciate how sensitive it is!

This cannot possibly have shipped--I agreed to pay expedited shipping which was to bring it here via UPS in the next 3-5 business days and since this is Saturday evening of a holiday weekend, I'm sure you can cancel.
