Can't understand people with accents on the phone. Also, I received a replacement button which I cannot attach to anything rendering it nearly useless 1

Simon sounded and behaved like AI. Kept repeating the same phrases. It told me I would get an email with instructions then read me the instructions haltingly at least twice just because I couldn’t access my email while speaking on the phone. Five minutes of info took 23 minutes to deliver. Not a fan.

Hi Victoria - Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience and unsatisfactory experience. We can, in fact, confirm that Simon is not AI. We only have humans assisting customer via phone. We will provide this feedback to our team and review the call with Simon to better improve customer experience. Thank you!

The purchase, set up of an account, and equipment set-up were easy enough. But, the sound quality on the base was very poor. It was loud, but extremely distorted.

I tried to call the emergency line (365 24/7) but had to wait almost 8 minutes for someone to pick up. This was to verify that Dorothy was indeed OK.

Once I could reach them the service was good but they were not available during the weekend when my 85 old mom was having technical issues and the ambulance came 3 times not bc she needed them but the systems was not working due to a power outage. My mom left a few messages and no one returned her call on Monday morning. So a bit disappointing -technical issues happen on the weekends, users need to speak to people that can help them, you may want to rethink your service model. The person I reached on Monday was terrific just wish she was there on Saturday and Sunday.

They seem to be a really good company, although I did have a few hiccups when starting the service. I bought the device on Amazon and was quoted one price for monthly service, but then was charged a higher price when it was activated. A quick call to the billing department straightened that out. The thing they gave me the run around on was the 1 Free Month of service Amazon has posted on their website. The guy tried telling me it's a return guarantee for the first month of service if I decide to cancel. They need to say that in their Amazon Ad because I signed up thinking I was getting a free month of service up front. Had I known the truth, I would've gone with Medical Guardian who actually honors their advertising of 1 Free Month on Amazon. The last and most important thing is they failed to turn on the fall detection on my device. Luckily I was able to catch that mistake before something bad happened. They seem like a reputable company, but they've got some serious kinks to iron out when it comes to Amazon Sales and Activations.
