No matter who I talk to they are professional but friendly. I’ve never gotten one person who wasnt concerned and extremely helpful!

Anjali was extremely kind and profession with us we worked through upgrading my mother's alert service. She was patient and helpful through the entire call.

The representative, Natasha, was very courteous and knowledgeable. She helped me with my issue and remained on the call until all my questions were completely and satisfactorily answered.

First of all, when I called them, they answered right away. I was Not put on hold and have to listen to horrible music for 40 minutes. All questions were answered accurately and with knowledge.

Natasha was friendly knowledgable and helpful. Speaking to real people is great. Customer service was very good.

My experience with Bay Medical Alarm has been great!! Today, 6/29/2026, I had some questions about my alarm system and Natasha was absolutely great answering all my questions and re-setting my system since I had moved to another state since I had my Bay Alarm originally installed. She was professional, friendly and helped me resolve all my issues. She is a real asset to your company!!
