They always promptly answer; unfortunately the equipment is very sensitive and it appears that my fall protector button is going off when it is on the tray of my walker and I move over a 1/2" separator between rooms. Happened twice this morning. I guess I have to be wearing it because even that slight movement causes the equipment to sense that I fell! Annoying! On the plus side, I was put in touch with support (tech I guess) to see if the sensitivity could be adjusted. At least I got a definitive answer (no) which is what I needed and for that I am grateful. I will have to decide if the extra fall protection is worth it. But thx for the info.
