My father fell today and had a concrete statue fall on top of him. The fall detection did not recognize that he fell but he pressed the button for help. He was contacted by Bay Alarm and Non Emergency help was sent to his house. They also called myself and my wife and alerted us. We are so very happy we chose to buy this for my father. He hasn't had for a full week yet and it has already paid for itself. I do however, want y'all to look into why the fall detection did not automatically work please. Don Price Jr.
