Bay Alarm provided various rates from monthly, quarterly and annually-which most other plans do nit offer. All rates were very affordable compared to other companies. Any time we had questions about service or equipment, the staff was great and very helpful. When we cancelled the contract (mom moved into an apartment that provides this service) they provided very easy and direct instructions on how to return the equipment (by email and in a letter). I highly recommend this company. You will feel at ease using this company and their services.

WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY THAT HAS A HANDI-CAPPED PERSON OR A RELATIVE THAT IS IN NEED OF THAT EXTRA MEASURE OF ASSISTANCE.......

My husband had a stroke in January and I was not letting him come home without a Medic Alert System. I did a lot of research on all types of devices and brands and spent time on the telephone with most of the companies. Bay Alarm Medical was the only Company that answered every one of my questions and did not harass me with phone calls trying to get me to sign up with them. We have been very happy with our alarm and the service and comfort it provides.

The feeling of knowing that help is only a push of a button away, has allowed me to feel exceptionally safe in my home. The instant response of getting medical help and alerting of my beloved family member, allows me to be more productive with great confidence.

My mom lives alone 6 hours away, she slipped and fell. She hit her button and literally seconds later I was called and the ambulance dispatched. How can you put a price in that. Great service. Bay Alarm has called all the contact phone numbers reporting no service when the machine got unplugged from power. They responded to MMR when the big button was pushed for an actual emergency.

When you need this service, it's good to know you have it and they are there. Always pleasant!

A couple weekends ago, my mom's alarm went off. Fortunately, it was an accident--a false alarm, so to speak. Bay Alarm's system immediately left voice messages for my 2 sisters and me. One sister lives in the same town as mom and her husband went to mom's house immediately. He lives nearby and actually arrived before the medical team. It was very helpful for all of us to know that something was happening, even though it was not an actual emergency.
