A couple of accidental calls resulted in quick responses and that makes us feel even more secure knowing the system works.

All of the representatives are easy to understand and extremely helpful. Their goal is to be certain that they've answered all of my questions and whatever problem is resolved.

I ordered my Bay Medical System last April. It was easy to install. I did it myself. The range covers my entire yard which is very important to me. I am an avid gardener. I purchased Bay Area Alarm for my Mother and Dad for there 89th birthday. They have used it several times and have had a fast response from 911. It allows my dad to continue swimming and use the button for safety. My mother is bedridden and feels very secure knowing that she has acess to help if my dad is busy else where. It has given them a much needed sense of security and relieved my worry about them being home alone.

We are closer to 90 than to 80 and find comfort in knowing that Bay Alarm Medical is there. We have depended for years on their sister company, Bay Alarm and were delighted when BAM started up. We have not yet had to call them in an emergency, but we have accidentally pushed the gray button on the wrist band often enough to see how quick and how thorough they were in asking about how each of us was doing, even when I told them one of us had pushed the gray button on the wrist band by accident. Indeed, my only complaint is that I wish they had a wrist band that had something like a rotating disk cover over the gray button, pinned at its edge. It would cover the gray button, but you could easily push it aside and then push the gray button.
