I really like my Bay alarm. I haven't had to use it, though it go off once when I got twisted up in my bed sheets. My family has peace of mind that if I'm alone and something happens, I can get help fast. I would recommend it to anyone.

My mother is 93. Very independent. "I don't need to wear a thing around my neck. I have my cell phone with me." Then she had a situation when she did not have her cell phone with her and could not get up. Plus, the necklace alarm is waterproof. Great for the shower. We finally got through to her when we told her we need her to wear this for our peace of mind. We are relieved to know that she can get help when we can't get to her first. There are no instruction books on how to raise your parents. However, Bay Alarm has provided safety assistance so that my mother can remain independent with added care and dignity. Bay Alarm Medical has been my peace of mind. I ordered this for both my parents when mom was the major caregiver for my dad. Mom was 100 lbs. and dad was 140 lbs. - I didn't want her to get hurt or fall while trying to assist dad. Dad has since passed and now that mom is alone, Bay Alarm is there to "protect" her - just a push of the button. And this company was more affordable than "the other guys"....Solid company, pleasant and helpful staff. Good going Bay Alarm Medical!

My Mother will be 90 years young in February 2015 and lives alone since the passing of my Father 6 years ago. She is very active and pretty healthy and I feel so reassured knowing that she wears her medical alert necklace all the time. If something happens and she needs help it is a click of her button. Best gift I have ever given to my Mother. PS I still call her every day! Just because I love to talk to her.

We got this alarm for my elderly mom about eight years ago. It is a relief to know we have someone we can trust to get her help should help be needed. There was an incident a couple of months ago where my two year old nephew reached up and pushed the alarm button on mom's necklass. Almost immediately someone called to see if mom needed help.
