For the year and one half that my Aunt used Bay Alarm I found them to respond very quickly whenever she hit the alarm and to inform us almost instantly after they talked to her. I found their rates to be some of the best and also the reviews that I read on the web before making my decision to go with them were all good.

I subscribed to Bay Medical to have a device available for my mother who was living alone in Florida. I recently moved her in with us and continue to have the device in the house as we are still working. I hope I never need to use it but having that insurance is a key part of letting her stay with us instead of assisted living at this point. The initial set- up was easy for her and setting it up again in our house was also easy - customer service is great!

Mom had severe stomach pain last month and she needed to get to the ER. She pressed the button on her chain and the Bay Alarm rep answered right away and the ambulance was contacted and dispatched. I was also contacted. Great service.
