Thank God I haven't had to use this for a real emergency but it did get tested by accident and it worked as promised. I accidently activated the alarm when I was outside and didn't realize it till the ems showed up at my door. When Bay Alarm Medical didn't get any response from me they called the ems and alerted my relatives. I was embarrassed at the time but the ems was very helpful and grateful they were not needed. I know when I really need them it will work.

Like picking an insurance company, you never know if the best deal in town pricewise will deliver the service. Bay Alarm really does. From an easy set-up to easy payment plans, and then on more importantly to responding immediately, even outside the perimeter of the house, I can depend on Bay Alarm. My aunt has used it several times and each time they have come through.

The equipment works as described. Customer service is very polite & helpful. No hidden fees.

I have a policy that now covers my Aunt and my Mom (both in their 80s) and I feel sooooo much better because I am living away from them. I KNOW they are just the push of a button away from help if they ever need it!!!!! Thanks for easing my mind!!!!

I bought the service for my dad. Simple to setup and simple to use, all for the lowest cost per year to own. Tested the system several times and they call immediately to check on the customer.

I can't say enough about Bay Alarm and the service(s) they provide. Even the entry level system that my wife and I purchased for my mother-in-law, has already paid off in spades. My mom-in-law is in her mid-to late eighties and is in relatively excellent health, but a few months back, experienced some dizziness. We were worried since she lives at home on a fixed income, so we decided she should have a medical alert system. She, of course did not feel that was necessary and was worried about the cost (to us, as WE were buying it). I told her she didn't have a choice "... and besides, it's pretty inexpensive", and so I proceeded to purchase it. Not 4 months later, she was bringing in her trash can's from the curb at her residence and somehow fell and broker her hip. Luckily, she actually had her device with her and was able to alert Bay Alarm. They could not hear her respond as she was outside, and so they immediately dispatched emergency services help. They found her quickly and got her to the hospital, and Bay Alarm, called everyone on her contact list to let us know what had happened. That unit saved her tremendous additional pain and suffering, and possibly even her life. IT has been well worth it. Rob Cron Southern California

I accidently hit the button on the machine as I was fixing the mess of cords I had. They responded very fast and were very understanding about my mistake. A great company

Thank you Bay Alarm for being on the receiver when our mother needs you. When she fell in the hallway, she was immediately able to push the alert button and your calm and kind staff helped her contact us directly so we could get over to help her. Luckily she was unhurt and able to continue living in her home. Thank you again.
