I spoke with 2 different people. Sorry I don’t remember the first person. I was on the phone with Priscilla for over 45 minutes— she was very polite, helpful, and worked as a partner as we tried to troubleshoot the system. It ended up that I will get some new equipment, and that will be a good thing.

I have had Bay Alarm as my emergency service for MANY years! This weekend my system had a problem connecting to the center, although they received my alarm & called me to see if I needed help. Today Jason called me & solved the problem in about 5 minutes. I tested the system & it worked great again! I highly recommend Bay Alarm especially if you live alone to be your emergency contact service.
