Bay Alert has really decreased stress for all of us. We all worried anytime we left mom and dad home alone. What I did was search the web and checked out all of the companies that provide safety monitoring. Paying special attention to reviews. I also checked ratings at the BBB. Bay Alert came out ahead by quite a margin. Since getting the Bay Alert system we have enjoy fast friendly efficient service. The system was extremely easy to set up. And most of all the peace of mind that mom and dad are never really alone. With the push of a button someone is there for them. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased a medical alert for my 84 year old mom. Thankfully, she hasn't had to use it, but she has accidentally pressed the button a few times. The dispatchers are very polite, and very patient with her. They call her by name and always take the extra time to make sure she is okay. Unaware that this had happened, I was totally surprised (an understatement!) when a caring, professional EMT appeared at my door. Bay Medical's lightning fast communication and teamwork with our local EMTs turned a "false alarm" run into a positive and reassuring experience for this customer.
