If you fall or injure yourself, all you need do is press the button and help is there in a matter of minutes. And remember, minutes count, they can be a matter of living or death .Do not hesitate.

My mother was, to put it mildly, reluctant. She LOVES the service, now and would NEVER give it up. She has mistakenly used the service a couple of times and HAD to use it a couple of other times. The Bay Alarm Medical people have always been helpful, respectful, and calming. My contact with Bay Alarm (as the person paying the bill and asking the questions) has been every bit as positive as my mother's. I HIGHLY recommend Bay Alarm Medical!

I am so thankful for Bay Alarm I have been using them for about six months now, I got it for my mom she is prone to falling. She has had to use her button several times within these months and Bay Alarm has always been there, I can truly count on them. They are quick to respond and always kind and courteous. This also gives my mom peace of mind knowing she will always be able to get in touch with someone. It was easy to set up the equipment and everything has worked just fine. I would highly recommend Bay Alarm to anyone considering a service like this, I am 100% satisfied and glad I chose this company.

Very responsive to calls for help, good customer service, friendly and easy to understand people. These are all the things you want in an emergency response system, and Bay Alarm Medical has it all. Highly recommended.

My mother is 85 years old and lives alone. We researched several companies and decided upon Bay Alarm to serve as mom's guardian angel. Mom has inadvertently pressed the button on her bracelet and the representative, Joe, has been very kind and understanding. Last week, a wind storm knocked out the electrical service to mom's house and Bay Alarm contacted her to ensure she was alright. We could not be more pleased with our choice as this company has maintained a caring watch over our mother.

We are new to all of this need for an emergency button. I researched the heck out of all of the services I could find because I wanted one that my mother in law could go outside the house and in her yard and still be within call distance. The distance range on this unit is excellent. We went ahead and got her both the braclet and the necklace one. The necklace for the shower and the bracelet to wear discretly in the house. When setting up the unit, customer service could not have been better. So polite and patient. Highly recommend this company.

Whenever I have to contact Bay Alarm Medical for my mother, everyone is so helpful and professional. We are very happy with the service. Thank you.

Thank goodness we have not had a real emergency. When we first got the Bay Alarm Medical, my mother accidentally, twice, pressed her button. Immediately our phone rang & it was Bay Alarm Medical calling. Such peace of mind for me, knowing that the response time was immediate! Thank you!
