The hardware is very user friendly, very easy to set up, and customer service has been superb. We first decided to opt for the 3 month payment arrangement to save some cost versus the month-to-month plan, but after this trial period we felt confident to sign up for the yearly plan in order to acquire the least expensive service. Bay Alarm's pricing was the least expensive, yet in no way has this compromised their service, which has been a very pleasant surprise. The only disappointment we have is that the wrist band could be better designed. It is a bit to big, to fit comfortably on her small wrists, and cumbersome for her to easily put on. Consequently she has not wanted to wear it when she goes to bed. Aside from this, we are very pleased and satisfied with the product, the pricing and the excellent customer service. Our confidence is such that we will not hesitate to recommend Bay Alarm's medical alert system to other's.

i was not going to get an alarm system. i looked at grumpy i said thats me. thats when i ordered my styem and i"m glad i ordered the system. if you fall alot protect yourself and order you a bay alarm system.

I would recommend this system to anyone - the price is reasonable - the distant between console and transmitter of 1000 feet is VERY important . . especially living in the country - they allowed custom contact listings in case of emergency
