On Sunday, November 2, 2014, my father's chair gave out on him and he fell to the floor. Due to his physical limitations he could not get up on his own. He notified Bay Alarm by pushing the button on his necklace and within 15 minutes the fire department arrived at his home. My father had asked Bay Alarm not to call the ambulance and that he only needed someone to help him up, so he appreciated that they had taken his request into consideration. Prior to contacting the fire department, Bay Alarm contacted me, my mother, and my sister as the listed contacts in his records. Once I received the message that my father had fallen, I called them back and they notified me that help was already on the way. Bay Alarm was able to contact my father through the intercom and confirm that the fire department had arrived and they called me back to confirm that my father was being helped. Within the past few months that my father has had the unit, during the times we have tested it, they have been very responsive and helpful.

The service is exceptional and the voice on the other end is always calm and caring. They even let you know if the battery is getting low and send a new button within a couple of days. Plus the security it gives my mom is unbelievable, she feels safe and never alone.
