THANK GOD, I HAVE NOT NEEDED TO USE MY ALARM, BUT WHEN I TESTED IT, THE PERSONNEL WERE QUICK TO ANSWER AND VERY HELPFUL TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.

This was one of the easiest things I have done in a long time. After researching multiple companies it was easy to see that Bay Alarm was the best company to go with. The representative I worked with on the phone was both knowledgeable and friendly and I felt she had my interest in mind, not a quick phone conversation and sign up. Thank you Bay Alarm for giving me and my family the piece of mind too know that I'm safer now than I have ever been.

Fortunately I haven't needed to use my emergency button, but accidentally hit it twice one night within a ver few minutes. So embarrassed but the Bay person was extremely kind and assured me it was not a problem. He verified my name and address and took time to talk to me to ease my conscience. As a result I will feel confident to ask for help should I actually need it.

I can leave my husband alone for several hours a day due to Bay Alarm Pendent. He once set the button off accidentally and they called immediately to check on him..

I have the Bay Alarm Medical for my 88 year old mother I moved in with us in June. So far she has not needed the service legitimately but she did press the button one night instead of calling me, it was comforting to know that at 3 am there is someone there bright eyed and bushy tailed to help. And also very nice about the mistaken alarm.

I have now peace of mind to know I have the ability to have a friend on my wrist to rely on if I fall and need help.

I have been very happy with the service. It has given me peace of mind that I know help is just a push of a button away.

Very easy to set up and test. Price was very affordable and the options let you choose your term. Very pleased!! :)
