I would recommend this to anyone. The price is right, courteous reps, and prompt response. Also the set up is easy.

So far all has been excellent service. The people whom I have called to get my system set up correctly have been very polite and cooperative in handling my questions. Nothing of any mechanical misfunctions have occurred. Though I have had the system only a couple of months, all has gone well thus far.

Thank God that I have not had to use my alert system. However, I did receive a call one day that my system was disconnected. It turns out that the breaker switch had tripped and I was unaware of this. So, they are on their toes! Thank you Bay Alarm. I feel much better knowing you are around! Debbie
