Being a son that lives thousands of miles away from my mother Bay Alarms services relieves my concern and stress. Even though I talk with my mother every morning on the way to work. I feel much better knowing if anything happens while she's home she's just a touch away from getting help. Thanks Bay Alert for being their when I cant.

I got this System 3 Yeats ago for my mother. Does everything it is suppose to do. She is 94 and lives by herself and gives us peace of mind. Recent got another system for my mother in law who is 88. She had to use it and just like for my monshe stayed on the line talking to us until the paramedics were inside . every time they asked if we wanted them to stay on the line. Would never switch. They do what we have the system for. I rate it a 6 on a 5 star scale. Wayne dalton

Several years ago, our mother suffered a stroke. A mild one, but a stroke just the same. What made this more stressful is that she lives alone in South Carolina and the rest of the family lives in New York City. I cry every time I think about how she was not able to move or contact anyone to help her when she was having her stroke and ended up laying on the floor for hours. Mom is very active a enjoys her independent lifestyle. Once things died down as they do and mom's life got back to normal, we were worried that the small stroke was the introduction to a bigger problem. Mom's Bay Alarm Medical system allowed her to work towards getting back to her active life without us hovering over her, and for us to be able to relax a little. I have had this service now for my mother who lives with me for the past two years and I cannot say enough good things about them. I had a bad streak with my mother when we were using the service about every other week for like two months and the response was great!! Most of the time I was at work and they always made sure to let the paramedics know there was two dogs in the house and where my keys were to open the door. They also called myself my sister, my husband and our kids every time my mother set off the alarm. Just when you know they will call everyone on the list you provided to them. I got my mom the Bay Alarm system after my dad passed in March. It provided the feeling of security she needed (and honestly, I needed just as much!). It was more economical than the alarm systems that advertise on TV and radio, too, so that was a bonus. The service reps were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, as well. Bay Alarm was put to the test in August when my mom fell during the night on a trip to the bathroom. She had removed her remote when she went to bed and set it on her nightstand, as was her precaution against rolling over on it during the night an setting it off. So when she fell at the end of her bed, the remote was across the room. It took her over an hour to pull herself over to it; she had broken her hip AND wrist in the fall. When she finally reached the button, Bay Alarm's response was immediate. Because my mom couldn't answer the call, they immediately called me and my other siblings, but it was 3:00 a.m., and we didn't answer either, so they dispatched EMS. Thank God, because we wouldn't have found her until later that afternoon when my brother did his daily checks. Who knows what state she may have been in by then! When we got the messages from Bay Alarm, we called back and were brought up to speed on what transpired, and where she had been taken. Needless to say, we were extremely grateful for the help Bay Alarm provided. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

We have been clients of Bay Alarm for several years. Both of my parents have the alarm necklaces. On the occasion when the "button was pressed," a representative from Bay Alarm is right there, ready to send help. In the event that the button was pressed accidentally, Bay Alarm was understanding and patient while they made sure my parents were okay. My siblings and I are happy to know that my parents are never truly alone when we are not around. Bay Alarm has given us all freedom and safety!

I have had no problem with the service. The alarm has gone off by mistake and the people who respond are polite and friendly. I consoider this outstanding service
