I purchased this for my grandmother who lives alone after she had a fall at home. She has had great service & loves that her button still works when she is out in her garden! Great product!

I have been with Bay Medical for the last several years and have to say that they have been there, without fail to get me help whenever I've needed it. Due to a number of hospital stays I've been to weak to rise if I fell or needed an ambulance to get me to the hospital emergency room. The service has been wonderful, quick and thoughtful. My calls for help have ALWAYS been answered within minutes, and they have always responded politely, and gotten the help I needed quickly, whether I was in my home or had fallen outside. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who needed it.

I recently received my Bay Alarm Medical Alert Necklace. It was delivered on time. Easy to set up, and comfortable to wear. I haven't needed to use it yet. But it tested well. I feel safer having this alert. Frances

When searching for extra help in caring for my mother who lives along, I came across information on Bay Mobile from a Health Fair my mom had attended. Skeptical of so many aids available I put it over in a pile to review later. After looking over the material and seeing how easy it was to apply and begin using it was my choice. I really liked the easy installation process. We have used Bay Mobile twice in the two years we have had it. Needless to say the cost was also a strong factor in purchasing. Bay Alarm is usually there for us when we need them. There was one time that their system was not working with our phone provider, but that issue was resolved once they discovered there was a problem. Great people to work with.

We have had nothing but great cuatomer service from the staff at Bay Alarm, whether it be from calling customer service, accidently setting off our alarm, or several accidental disconnects of our home unit made on our part, which Bay Alarm promptly responded to. I have recommended them to other family membera and will continue to do so. They are also one of the more reasonably priced and flexible plan options.

I have had great experience with Bay Alarm Medical. Luckily, I have not had a medical emergency; however, I have had great experience with their customer service. The machine malfunctioned, and an alert was falsely sent and I was not receiving transmission from the base machine. My daughter was called promptly, reassuring me that if there had been a problem, I would have received attention very quickly. Once the false alarm was called off, Bay Alarm worked with us to remedy the problem with the base very quickly. Bay Alarm is very reasonably priced and has no hidden fees for set up or equipment. I definitely recommend.
