I have been very impressed with Bay Alarm Medical. I subscribe to this service for my elderly Mother. Fortunately, we have not had to use the device for an emergency. We have received calls alerting us when Mom's device has a low battery. We conduct a test every month or so. Everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely nice and helpful. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my Mom will be in good hands if an emergency arises. Thank you....keep up the good work!

My cat accidentally knocked over a lamp that hit my button on my Bay Alert machine. It was four o'clock in the morning. I received a prompt response to check upon me. Thank goodness I was not having any medical issues. This really reinforced my confidence in Bay Medical. Thank you.

After my Mom passed out in the shower we found out she had pneumonia and leukemia at 84 yrs old. Having the wrist and bracelet for her gives us such peace of mind! She was so grateful for it, she feels more confident when she is by herself now. Thank you for this wonderful service!

I haven't had to use my Bay Alarm yet but my daughter researched all the alarm systems on the market and came to the conclusion that Bay Alarm was the best and I trust her opinion

The alert system was very easy to set up. Easy to test and operate. But you do need to tell them if you want a bracelet instead of a necklace within 30 days or you have to buy another button (like $50). I feel much better now that mom has this service for the couple hours she is left on her own each day.

We have not had an emergency yet and hope we never do, but there was a child visiting who was curious enough to press the button on the call box. The response came before I could even scold her! I told the man who called that sounding the alarm was a mistake and he continued the interview anyway, asking who I was, was my father near the call box, would he affirm that he was alright.... Then he checked to make sure our address and phone number was still the same before telling us that it was okay; he understood it was a mistake and wished us all a good day.

Purchased a monthly plan for my 93 year old in-laws. They wear the wrist bands everyday and find them comfortable. Even when the alarm button is pushed accidentally, a professional operator answers the call promptly and inquires how they are. I strongly recommend this service. It is fairly priced for such an important service.

I purchased the medical alert bracelet for my 89 year old mom. We tested it when we received it and do monthly testing. The attendant responded within minutes. There was a couple incident when my mother accidentally hit the button, the company followed the list of contacts provided exactly contacting my siblings. I also purchased the lock box for emergency purposes which turned out to be of great help to us. Sometimes my mom would forget the key and we get locked out, or 1 of my siblings come by and she's out with another. This is a reliable company and I am very happy with the service. I have a better peace of mind knowing she's all alone but help is not far away. Thank you.
