I never have to worry, too much anyway, when I leave my Dad alone overnight or when I am at work. I know that the phone tree works as it was setup to do. My husband and I missed our calls from Bay Alarm and my sister-in-law called me to let me know there was a "trouble" issue with the machine and the same issue during Christmas....my nephew received the call and he was the fifth person down on the phone tree. Bay Alarm is always pleasant when I run a test on the machine to see if it is working properly. It is so important to have this service, it gives me peace of mind. Thank you so much!!!! When my husband had knee replacement surgery, the surgery went fine but he had complications we later found out were related to Parkinson's Disease. He was very weak when he got home and had very poor balance. He fell several times, luckily I was home each time but I then felt housebound in case he fell if I was gone. A friend of mine recommended Bay Alarm and I called and received the equipment in just a few days. Though, luckily, we have not had any more accidents, we have peace of mind knowing that if he did fall that I would be notified by phone and help would be coming soon.

Luckily my mother has not had to use the medical alert system, but I know that they are good about staying connected with her. Every time there has been a power outage in her home or the battery on her home system is running low, Bay Alarm representatives call all the family members I registered as contact persons. We usually get two calls- an automated message AND a live person! The live person is always professional and attentive. Very impressed with their assistance.

A month or so ago, the phone line in my dad's neighborhood was cut. He didn't know it until his Bay Alarm medical base started to beep and tell him to check the phone line. I didn't even know this was a feature! Thanks for building that in. He checks the button and base unit every month and says everyone is always very nice.

We purchased the Bay Alarm Cellular Medical Alert System in June of 2015. The customer service representative was very helpful and informative about the product. While testing the unit, we found the sound quality from the dispatcher to be loud, crisp, and very clear without any distortion whatsoever. We recently had a medical alert system from another company, but there were several issues with the quality of their equipment and customer service. For those looking for a superior product, we highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical.

The end user knows the good and the bad points about the device they use. I decided on Bay Alert Medical from information I was able to read! I also have talked with users of the alert system . In every case I found satisfaction by the user or the surveying articles. Personally, I have no complaints. The price is competitive with other devices, the response time is very fast. I accidentally set off the personal alert button and within 30 seconds or less I was contacted . The only minor problem is that if you are in the same room the volume is so loud that it distorts the speaker system! To put it suscinctly I'm a very happy camper! If you need this type of device Bay Alarm Medical deserves your serious consideration !

I bought this for my 87 year old grandma that is and will always stay in her home that her late husband built by hand. She loves wearing the pretty necklace and swaps it up with the very nice bracelet. I will be staying with them for a long time. And I would and have recommended this to other family and friends. Definitely need this company. They are great in customer service and returned my phone call even when it wasn't a big question or just me wanting to know something. I love this company.
