We have been very pleased with Bay Alarm. We've not had to use the service so far, thank goodness! When testing the system, the staff is very kind and professional. My mom's phone service goes out more than it should, which sets the system off. At her age, it's scary to hear the alarm continually go off. The staff took the time to explain to my mother how to reset it, and they were clear enough that she was able to write down the instructions for future reference.

Bay Alarm has given my family great peace of mind! My in laws who are in their late 80's are at home alone most of the time and now I know that help is only a touch button away. My mom wears the pendant and we now don't worry as much as we did. Thanks so much. Melanie

I purchased this for my grandma so I am only speaking from the investigating and ordering then on my grandma's initial opinions. I was immediately contacted by one of their sales specs who was very friendly. They were great with communication and not pushy as they understood that I was looking at every company. The online ordering was nice, as I do not like anything that requires ordering by phone. The process as quick and easy and price provided the most value. My grandma said when she received it, she liked that it was simple and not as complicated of a UI as other options. It was set up and tested right away. She did say she wished there was an info packet that was easy to read because she was unsure about some of the capabilities. Another big plus was having a great local company that keeps everything local.

I have only had Bay Alarm Medical for 4 weeks but as soon as I received it and my son in law set it up for me, I felt so good to know I had :"help" as close as the button on the necklace or on my bracelet. It is hard to be alone in your 80's and lose your mate of 62 years but I am thankful for the alert system you have and I have already told others about it...

I use Bay Alarm for my 83 year old mother. She still lives independently and Bay Alarm gives me the peace of mind to allow that to continue. She has had a few falls and each time Bay Alarm has called medical personnel and notified me as well. I trust Bay Alarm to notify me of a fall within minutes of it occurring, that makes all the difference in the world to me and my mother. One of the falls was cause by a stroke and her getting medical help quickly made a significant difference in her life. I would not trust my mother to another alarm company.

Had a bit of equipment problem that was traced to a defect in the telephone cord. The technical support was most courteous and performed a programing check by instructing me how to initiate check. The system was working at the end of the encounter but technician sent a new telephone line to replace the one delivered in the box. It works very well.

I've only had the system a few weeks and thank god I have not had to use it except for the testing procedure. While testing the representatives were fast to respond and very kind. They spoke loud and clear.
