Now is a time due to my husband's illness that I needed an alarm in case he falls. Upon checking out multiple companies and watching and talking to a representative from bay alarm I am very happy with the service. He has pushed the button by accident and it activated the alarm and a call was received from a very pleasant person whose' only concern was that my husband was actually okay. It is such a comfort to have this service. The reception carries loud and clear thru the house. Highly recommend .

My mother took a terrible fall going up the ramp taking her groceries into the house and hit her head on the railing and busted it open. She was able to push the button and fortunately for her the machine was in the porch with the windows open and she was able to talk to the man from Bay Alarm. He sent the rescue squad to take her to the hospital where they put 12 stitches in her head.
