We had a couple of accidental alarms set off by the cat stepping on the necklace button. Response is quick! Hated to be annoying, but it was a great proof that the system works as advertised.

I've had this service for a few months now, everyone I've talked to at Bay Alarm Customer Service and those I've talked to at the emergency call center have been very friendly and professional and were able to answer my questions. I had to push the alert button I wear around my neck once, I was impressed at the quick response of the operator who took my call for help. they took care of me, notified the proper people, stayed with me after they had help on the way. this was very impressive. I have told all my family and friends how Wonderfull this service was and would recommend Bay Alarm Medical to anyone who needs this type of safety cushion and know that they will be there if and when I require emergency help. I'm A Very Satisfied Customer.

I have been so happy with Bay Alarm Medical! Just 2 days after I programmed Mom's button, I got a call at work that she had fallen. I rushed home, and there she was on the floor! She wasn't near a phone, so it would have been several hours before I had gotton home from work... Their customer service has also been excellent! Every time I call with a question or concern, they are very helpful....and happy to help!!! The people in the call center are also very helpful and compasionate...always making sure everything is ok....even if she hits the button by accident. I researed many different systems, and chose this one. I am very glad I did!

My 82 year old mother usually has all sorts off trouble with any sort of technology. This system was very easy to set up and equally easy to use, as well as fairly priced. We are very happy with the security Bay Alarm provides.

The Co. Is fantastic. Customer service is amazing. The people that I have interacted with care about people and their attitudes were great I need to let you know something about you're equipment. There is a reset button on the back you need glasses to find and people with eye sight problems can't find. I saw another machine from another Co. with it on the front and it was bid enough to see. Just saying that would help greatly
